Add the desired products to your cart (Add to Cart). Continue with your shopping or select “Check out”. You can check the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or remove any product, or you can increase or decrease the quantity of your products any time. Before checking out, you should check carefully if you agree with the selected products and their quantities, as they appear in your shopping cart and correct any mistakes by clicking the relevant choices, then update your shopping cart. Fill in the required information and choose the way of payment. Now you can check out (complete order)!

You may place your order throughout the entire day (24 hours) seven days a week.

If you place your order on our website, outside the hours 11:00 – 15:30 from Monday to Friday on working days, your order shall be deemed placed on our website at 11:00 a.m. of the following working day from Monday to Friday, provided that our e-shop operates flawlessly.

Upon entry of your order you shall receive an automated e-mail informing you that the entry is successful. Upon checking and processing the order, you shall receive an e-mail verifying your order.

Your agreement with the company “VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI PRIVATE COMPANY” shall be deemed made only when you receive an e-mail of “order confirmation” from our company. You shall provide us with a valid e-mail address.

Payment Methods

You may pay for your order in the following ways:

Choosing this way of payment, you shall be transferred to a safe environment of EveryPay. For more information see below.

2. By Paypal.

Choosing this way of payment, you shall be transferred to the secure payment environment of PayPal.

3. Cash when products are receipted from our store

Any orders amounting to five hundred (500) euro or more, shall be paid solely by using a card or other means of online payment (credit card, paypal). Said orders may not be paid in cash.

Shipping Methods

You can receive your products in one of the following ways:

1. Via the collaborating courier companies:

• Speedex Α.Ε. (shipping in Greece)

• TNT (Fedex Express) (Shipping in areas outside Greece)

A. Delivery Times

i) Shipping in Greece:

We deliver products within 1-3 working days. If it is an inaccessible area, we may need 1-2 days more.

ii) Shipping in areas outside Greece:

We deliver products to the rest of the world (except Greece) within the specified by TNT (Fedex Express), delivery times, which depend on your shipping address. You can be informed about the exact time of delivery through the Track & Trace service of TNT (Fedex Express).

B. Shipping charges

i) Shipping is free for deliveries in Greece and the European Union.

ii) For deliveries to the rest of the world (except the European Union), shipping charges depend on the weight of the purchased products, according to the official price lists of TNT (Fedex Express). You will be informed about the total shipping cost during your checkout procedure.

We deliver our products worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on the delivery of our products, by the collaborating courier companies (eg. for inaccessible areas).

Taxes – Duties - Fees

Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.

2. You can collect your products from our store (Patriarchou Ioakeim Str., P.C. 10675, Athens Attica Greece), in a scheduled appointment, upon contacting our company VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI P.C.

Warning: When you visit our store in order to collect the ordered products, if you wish to try a product, the company VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI P.C. reserves the right to cancel the already concluded (via e-shop) distance contract. Then you may purchase the same products under the terms of a sales contract in our business premises (our store), with the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer. 

Return Policy

Order cancellation:

You can cancel your order without any further charges, as long as the products have not been delivered for shipment. If you cancel your order after delivery of the products to be shipped, then you will be charged with the shipping costs from our Company to you as well as the costs of returning the products to our store. Contact our store at tel. No: +302103622114, e-mail: info@victoriakyriakides.com to cancel your order and refund your money (if you have already paid for the products).

Product Changes:

If you wish to change a product it must be in excellent condition. You may only choose another size or color of the product to be replaced.  Please contact us in order to be informed about the availability of the product. If the product is available, we will keep it and send it to you as soon as we receive the purchased product.

Changes and returns of the following products will not be accepted:

i) Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery, e.g. swimsuits (if hygienic protectors have been removed) and underwear (which cannot be opened / tried on, in any case)

ii) Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,

iii) Clothes which have been worn (except if they have only been tried on), or which have been ironed or washed in any way.

iv) Goods with damages, stains and / or other defects (e.g. to the color / sewing / accessories) and/or if the labels have been removed, or if they are not returned in the package that were delivered to you.

Please be careful when you try on the purchased shoes. Avoid walking on hard surfaces that can damage the sole. Use thin socks when trying on shoes. Do not try to wear the shoes if they do not fit easily because if the size is smaller than your, you may damage their shape. Be careful not to scratch, or damage in any way the purchased shoes, otherwise changes or returns will not be accepted.

Discrimination depending on the reason of a return:

1) Defective Products

If you purchased a defective product from our E-shop, please contact us at tel. No: +302103622114, e-mail: info@victoriakyriakides.com to advise you on the issue. The above restrictions (I,iii,iv) on product changes apply as appropriate, in case of need for replacement of a defective product.

2) For non-defective Products you can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, according to the following definition, then you have the right to withdraw from a contract with VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI PRIVATE COMPANY within 14 days, without giving any reason.

“Consumer” means any natural person who, in contacts with VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI P.C., is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the company “VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI PRIVATE COMPANY”, with registered offices in the Municipality of Athens Attica Greece, 14, Patriarchou Ioakeim Str., P.C. 10675, taxpayer identification number (TIN) 800824980, e-mail: info@victoriakyriakides.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt - invoice) for sale.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping costs, Customs Duties etc.). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In particular for refunding:

In any event refund is not possible because of the way of payment you used in the original transaction, any refund of money in case of withdrawal shall be made – upon mutual agreement – by deposit to your bank account.

Process of Returning products

Customers can send us the product using the following procedure:

As a prerequisite for returning products is to be owned, by the customer, the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt, Invoice etc.). The products should be returned in the same good condition you received them and must be accompanied by the relevant documents, labels, accessories etc (e.g. packing materials, receipt). Please be very careful when handling our products.

 

You can send the products to our e-shop (14, Patriarchou Ioakeim Str., P.C. 10675, Athens Attica Greece). Pack the products in the box in which the order was received. In the package a completed form of withdrawal, and the receipt, should be placed, and then the parcel should be sent to us. You must not remove any labels from the products, which should be returned in the package that were delivered to you. Otherwise, the company VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI P.C. reserves the right to refuse the return of products. You are advised to send the products through the courier agency from which the order was originally received.

 

In case of repeated returns made by a consumer, the company VICTORIA KYRIAKIDI P.C. reserves the right to refuse the return of products, due to overuse of the right of withdrawal/replacement of products. In that event, the consumer shall be charged with the additional cost incurred by overusing his/her rights.

 

If the aforementioned legal process is not followed or any legal requirements are not fulfilled in order to accept the return of any product, then said product shall be returned to the consumer, who shall be charged with the cost of packaging and consigning to said consumer.
